1. Object of application for recognition
Formal staff who have undertaken teaching tasks assigned by the academic affairs department of the College for more than one year (including experimental and practical teaching staff)。
2. Application conditions for recognition
(1) Abide by the Constitution and laws, love the cause of education, fulfill the obligations prescribed by the Teachers Law of the People's Republic of China, abide by professional ethics, and strictly observe social ethics。
According to the Notice of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Public Security on the Issuance of the Opinions on Establishing a System for the Access of Teaching and Staff to Inquire about Sexual Assault Crimes and Crimes, during the identification process, the teacher qualification management information system will be connected to the Ministry of Public Security system for applicants"Sexual assault criminal information query", access query status is not "normal" can not be recognized。
(2) A bachelor's degree or above as prescribed by the Teachers Law of the People's Republic of China。
（(3) The applicant must have the basic quality and ability necessary to undertake the work of education and teaching。The details include:
1.Physical requirement
Have good physical and psychological quality, no infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, to meet the needs of education and teaching work, in accordance with the "Notice on revising the Standards and Methods of Physical Examination of applicants for teacher qualifications in Anhui Province" (2004] No. 56) and "Notice on Further Doing a good Job in the Medical Examination for the Recognition of Teacher Qualifications" (Anhui Teacher [2011] No. 1) conducted the physical examination and passed。
The physical examination of the applicants for the qualification of college teachers entrusted by the provincial Department of Education shall be carried out in the secondary or above hospitals designated by the teaching schools。
2.Mandarin proficiency requirement
The standard of Putonghua proficiency should reach the level 2 or above of the Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade issued by the State Language Commission。
Those with a title of associate high school or above or a doctorate degree are exempt from the test。
3.Education and teaching basic quality and ability requirements
Have the basic quality and ability necessary to undertake the education and teaching work。
Applicants should be tested in accordance with the "Anhui Province Higher Education Teacher Qualification Certification Education Basic Quality and Ability testing Methods and standards" and meet the eligibility standards。
Those with a title of associate high school or above or a doctor's degree are exempt from the basic quality and ability of education and teaching。
4.Qualified pre-job training requirements
The Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era and the Implementation Opinions of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Anhui Provincial People's Government on Comprehensively Deepening the reform of the construction of teachers in the New Era clearly stipulate that:"Strict access to the profession of teachers, the pre-job training and educational practice of new teachers as the necessary conditions for the identification of education and teaching ability and the qualification of teachers in institutions of higher learning.。This year, applicants for college teacher qualifications must provide a certificate of qualification for national training demonstration projects for new college teachers organized by the Ministry of Education or a certificate of qualification for pre-job training for new college teachers organized by provincial education administrative departments。
3. Identify working hours and procedures
1.Online registration (September 15 - September 25, 17:00)
The applicant logs in within the specified time"Chinese teacher qualifications (www.jszg.edu.cn) Online registration, registration, overdue will not be accepted。The applicant shall fill in the personal information truthfully and completely according to the prompts of the system, and confirm the submitted information。
2.Physical examination (September 15 - October 10)
On the day of the physical examination, bring your ID card and physical examination form to the front desk of the physical examination center for registration, and you must have an empty stomach。(Please refer to the attachment for the medical examination form, print the front and back sides, fill in the basic personal information and paste the photo)

（1) Original ID card (within the validity period);Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents need to provide a valid Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan resident residence permit, Hong Kong and Macao residents to travel to the Mainland or Taiwan residents with a five-year validity of the original mainland travel permit。
（2) Original diploma (or degree) certificate。
If the applicant's higher education education information cannot be compared through the system, the on-site confirmation must also provide the "Academic Certificate Electronic Registration and record Form" printed through the learning credit network or the academic certification body (Provincial government service center Anhui Provincial Department of Education window, contact telephone number)0551-62999735) China Higher Education Diploma Certification Report issued after inspection。
For Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan degrees, the original Certificate of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Degrees issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education must be submitted at the same time, and for foreign degrees, the original Certificate of Foreign degrees issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education must be submitted at the same time。
（3) Original Putonghua Proficiency Test certificate。
（4) The original certificate of qualification for pre-job training of college teachers, or the original certificate of qualification for national training demonstration project training of new teachers in colleges and universities。
（5) The course notice issued by the Department of Educational Affairs of our College for more than one year of teaching tasks in the past three years (at least two semesters of teaching task notice, the teaching task notice issued by the department of Educational affairs of our college must be provided)。
（6) The "Anhui Provincial Teacher Qualification Certification Medical Examination Form" issued by the secondary or above hospital designated by the teaching school or the teacher qualification certification institution in the place of the school, the conclusion on the medical examination form should be clearly filled in "qualified" or "unqualified", and stamped with the official seal of the medical examination hospital。
（7) No criminal record certificate (issued by the relevant department of the school)。
（8) For those who have the title of associate high school or above or a doctor's degree, if there is a no-test situation, the original of the corresponding professional and technical position qualification certificate or academic degree certificate should be provided。
（9) Recent headless front 1 inch color white background ID photo (the same version as the system registration electronic photo, the back of the name, ID number, for the application of teacher certificate)。
4.Conduct tests on the basic quality and ability of education and teaching（10月18日）

5.Campus Publicity (October 25 - October 31)
After the on-site confirmation, the materials of qualified personnel in the basic quality and ability test of education and teaching are reported to the provincial teacher qualification certification guidance center, and the publicity period is carried out in the school7天。

4. Relevant requirements
